Our all-day breakfast menu includes breakfast burritos, melts, baked French toast and lighter options such as bagels and oatmeal.

Soups and sandwiches

We have Thai coconut chicken curry soup, as well as a daily special—always made entirely from scratch.

Our sandwiches are grilled with love and we can offer gluten-free options. Try the turkey and brie, or the barbecue bacon and meatloaf sandwiches. We also make a grilled burrito!

Power bowls and salads

Get a nutrient-rich boost with our fiesta bowl, Thai chicken noodle salad, Kootenay harvest salad and other diverse dishes.

Build your own wrap

All wraps start with noodles and mixed cheese, and gluten-free wraps are available. Both hot and cold wraps can have tomato, onion, green peppers and mushrooms added. Cold wraps also include cucumbers and lettuce. You can custom-build yours to suit your preference, adding turkey, ham, chicken or tofu as your main ingredient (or opting for a veggie base).

To place your food order, simply choose whether you want take-out or delivery (we do deliveries on Thursdays and Fridays), then indicate what time you’d like your food to be ready.
