Get airport connections with this Alberta motorcoach company

Red Arrow Motorcoach offers airport shuttle connections to both the Calgary and Edmonton International Airports.

In Edmonton, the Red Arrow Connector pick-up and drop-off area is on the Arrivals level in the Courtesy Shuttle Area outside Door 10. In Calgary, the Red Arrow counter is located across from Domestic Arrivals, Meeting Place B. The bus stops for passenger pick-up at Bus Bay 11, directly across from the Arrivals level roadway. Please note that the stop in Calgary is for advance reservations only. Please book in advance by calling 1-800-232-1958 or at www.redarrow.ca.

The Cold Lake Connector operates between Edmonton and Cold Lake. For connections farther south, the Red Arrow coach service is available.

We recommend a minimum of two hours between your coach arrival time into the airport and your flight departure time.

Does Red Arrow Motorcoach offer accessibility services for disabled people in Alberta?

Yes! At Red Arrow Motorcoach, all persons who require accessibility services travel at a reduced rate and if an attendant is necessary, they travel for free. Pre-boarding assistance is available.

The lift platforms on our motorcoaches measure 31.7” wide and 48” long and have a limit of 660 pounds combined weight of mobility aide and person. Any mobility aide in excess of 150 pounds must travel on-board the coach in the designated wheelchair position.

Service animals and Emotional Support animals are permitted on board our buses with proper documentation. Please refer to the Travelling with Animals section of our website for necessary requirements.

Military discount: Red Arrow Motorcoach is pleased to offer our active-duty and retired military personnel a travel discount with valid military ID.
